PerfectCourse™ is a learning content customization and creation service that results in personalized learning products for use in your existing LMS. The primary benefit to the customer is a reduction in total training time by employees, without a reduction in acquired competence. PerfectCourse™ achieves this goal by providing an individual learner with the experience he would have if the course had been built specifically for him, taking into account job role, previous experiences, learning styles and various other factors. Instead of the current model of providing one course to 10,000 users (one-size-fits-all), PerfectCourse™ provides 10,000 individual courses.

The PerfectCourse™ process begins with an examination of the learning content a company needs delivered and the receiving audience (i.e., employee base). Some of the factors that personalize an employee's course may be unique to the client's organization (e.g., Level 10 International Accountant working in NYC office), and some are common (e.g., I need more visual representation of the material).Utilizing KnowledgeExtensions' iPRESS™ technology, these factors are then built into a course that is delivered dynamically and compatible with a company's existing LMS. Alternatively, a course can be delivered statically to an older LMS using an HTML delivery produced by iPRESS™. The end result of the process is a course that allows each employee to learn more efficiently, resulting in a measurable reduction in training hours and a direct cost savings to the employer.

Some characteristics of PerfectCourse™ include LearningSkins™, a technology to enable delivery across various learning styles, and KnowledgeZoom™, which allows employees to dynamically adjust the level of detail provided. Information which an employee has already mastered can be removed from the course to focus in on the exact learning that needs to take place. Various other factors are used to "personalize" the courses as delivered on-demand.
